EVENT DESCRIPTION

Designated by the United Nations General Assembly as the International Day of Older Persons, to bring awareness to the importance of including older persons in the digital sphere, addressing stereotypes around digital inclusion of older persons, prejudice and discrimination against older persons, to enable connectivity for older persons in the digital realm, disassembling former and even current social threads that can be depilating for older persons 'online inclusivity and representation online, creating an inclusive norm without infringing on autonomy.
